When you buy your Paragon Homes, Home or Cottage Material Package, we guarantee*:

The Design

Whether you select a standard model or have our Architectural Solutions modify a model to your specifications, the finished design will meet the requirements of the National and Provincial Building Codes.

The Price

The price of the Premium Material Package as originally described in the agreement to purchase with Maisons Paragon Homes Inc., will not increase from the beginning of the project through completion, in normal construction time.

The Quantity

Your Paragon Homes Material Package, as described in the Paragon Homes, Home and Cottage Package Specifications, shall be sufficient to complete construction in accordance with the National and Provincial Building Codes and the construction drawings supplied with your Paragon Homes Material Package.

The Quality

The standards of building components and other materials supplied by Maisons Paragon Homes Inc. at the time of purchase conform to, or exceed, the National Building Code of Canada, as well as Provincial Codes. All manufactured products are covered by specific Manufacturer Warranties. The workmanship of all building products and components supplied by Maisons Paragon Homes Inc. are guaranteed to be of a higher standard acceptable to good building practice.

Our Pledge to You
We pledge to provide you with a home kit that represents the utmost in value for the dollar, and we promise to be there for you as your home comes to life. In addition, if you call us with a problem that you believe may be caused by our products, our representative will contact you within one business day. Guaranteed. Paragon Homes guarantee enough material to complete the job. Paragon Homes warrants that all structural system & materials supplied are of high-quality and above standard and of quality Grade no 1.

Any defective material will be repaired or replaced at Paragon Homes discretion without charge upon written notice within six months of delivery. Paragon Homes does not express or imply any warranty on any component or part in its package supplied by another manufacturer. These component parts are warranted by the manufacturer. No warranty covers, and Paragon Homes shall have no liability for any cost or expense of any labour, material refinishing, associated with the installation, removal or replacement of the defective product or component, the building contractor or their agent. For replacement, any shortage of the materials list must be reported in writing to Paragon Homes within 7 days of delivery of package.

CanadaLog Homes Air Infiltration Warranty

For a period of 10 years, CanadaLog Homes warrants to the original purchaser that the log wall system shall not leak air providing that:

a) The log walls were erected according to the plans specification and construction manual as provided by CanadaLog Homes and all gaskets, caulking and thru-bolt systems were properly installed and no substitutions were made.

b) The purchaser must maintain the exterior of the log building by applying stain/UV protector so as not to allow deterioration of the wood of wood joints by the element of weather and sun conditions. The purchaser must keep all invoices/contracts to prove the Maintenance of his log building.

c) No provision is made herein for air leakage through doors, windows, vents or other openings. No provision is made for air infiltration through any other opening than the log wall assembly.

Canada Log Homes Package Limited Warranty

CanadaLog Homes warrants that all materials supplied are above standard and of quality grade. Any defective material will be repaired or replaced at CanadaLog Homes discretion without charge upon written notice within six months of delivery. No warranty applies for checking, twisting or warping of the wood, which would be considered as natural characteristics of the wood.

CanadaLog Homes does not express or imply any warranty on any component or part in its package supplied by another manufacturer. These component parts are warranted by the manufacturer.

No warranty covers, and CanadaLog Homes shall have no liability for any cost or expense of any labor, material refinishing, associated with the installation, removal or replacement of the defective product or component, the building contractor or their agent.
