Most renovation projects go 30% or more over budget
Not with Paragon Homes. We identify everything that we include up front and that is what you pay: nothing more. Paragon provides you with a fixed price for a clear scope of work. Any changes are professionally addressed with a change order process that allows you to say “yes” or “no” We may discover a structural problem during the renovation or you change something. We will supply you with a written quote for any change before proceeding or not. We will move forward without that change: you are in complete control
Many Renovators purposefully bid the project low and come to you with an extra when the project is completed and demand payment without giving you any options.
