	We’re thinking of building a lot and a new home within the next few years and we would like to start working on a design concept. We would also like to get a better understanding of what, and how we should budget for our new home, what options exist for us on financing, design, style, and many other elements. We want to get pointed in the right direction, with a clear knowledge of what to expect.	Concept

	We want to get a set of customized plans for our future home.	Plans

	We would like a playbook for building our new home. We are fully comfortable with contracting or building the home ourselves, but need a plan, a budget, competitive quotes schedules, contracts, and a process for getting it right.	Tendering

	We need someone to take us through the whole process, right up to having a fully erected shell with windows and doors. Then we can take over from there.	Lock-Up

	We want a fully completed home, ready to move into, serviced and finished.	Turnkey
